1992 Mercedes-Benz 300-Series Sedan Description:

1992 Mercedes Benz 300SD Turbodiesel with 152500 miles. Southern car: Never driven on salt or ice. The car has been in dry storage in Salisbury NC for several years. This model year has become extremely Rare.Prior to eBay listing $2000 was spent on Mechanical inspection and Major service: New Turbocharger installed, transmission service: fluid and filter replaced, new engine oil/filter and new injector gaskets.The Benz runs great and looks great. Very clean car. Never smoked in.Exterior looks nice and shiny. Passenger side of the front windshield (courtesy of gravel transporting truck) has a hairline crack not obstructing visibility in any way. Trunk lid emblems were removed by previous owner.Original radio needs activation code (I do not know if it works or not). I have included aftermarket radio just in case..and CD changer has already been installed in the trunk.
The Benz is positively 100% rust free. Interior in excellent overall condition: Very Clean - Never smoked in. There's small 2" passenger seat separation directly on the seam and oval 2" rub off area on driver seat back rest from getting in and out. Dash looks like new. Very good Brakes, Suspension and Exhaust System. Tires ok... however if you live in cold climate it may be wise to install winter tires at the end of this year.Full size spare, Jack and Lug Wrench
The car drives very well. No leaks or drips of any kind. The temperature gauge never exceeds slightly above 80C and oil pressure indicator never drops below 1.5 on idle on hottest days with AC on (Exactly how it should be)..Transmission shifts good.
All instrument cluster gauges work properly(no service lights on) as well as Power memory seats, windows, mirrors, telescopic/tilt steering wheel and more.
Sunroof is closed shut and does not operate.Cruise control works intermittently. Central locking system does not work. The vehicle can be locked easily the old fashioned way. You can get it fixed..or live with it:)Ice-Cold Dual Front and Rear AC - excellent heat.
You'll be getting mechanically sound, safe and reliable car with minor quirks mentioned above.
