1978 Pontiac Trans Am Description:

1978 Pontiac Trans Am, Pontiac 400 6.6 with newly rebuilt 4bbl Quadrajet carb, and auto transmission. Brand new Vintage air AC and heat unit, new shocks, tires, axles, fuel sending unit, interior door latches, seats, JVC stereo cd/bluetooth/sat radio, new seats, new decals, brand new custom exhaust with flowmaster 40 series mufflers. It has a great muscle car sound.
We have owned this car for 2 years and it is a very solid car. It runs and drives great and is very reliable. I would consider this car a very nice, high end daily driver. We have entered it in numerous shows and it's done very well. For this to be what I consider a true show car, it only needs some TLC and some cosmetic detailing.
The only reason we are selling is due to a new project that fell in our lap......we simply need the space and the funds. This car comes with the original seats. The current seats are comfortable, but I personally don't like the looks. I like things stock, but let my son pick the seats.......again the originals come with the car. Also included are all new rubber door, window, and trunk trim. I haven't installed it yet, but I have the entire kit and comes with the car. I also have a new set of Stainless Patriot long tube headers that I bought after the custom exhaust was done. They are included as well. Again, this isn't what I consider a show car, but it's close. The paint is a 7-8 out of 10, but holds a really nice shine.
