1972 mercedes-benz 350 SL

1972 Mercedes-Benz SL-Class Description:

• Appears to be all original engine and transmission.
• 85,004 miles
• Was stored in a family friend's barn in Virginia since 1985.
• Underside of car looks even better than the outside
• Located just south of Richmond, VA
• Automatic transmission, V8
• Has AC
• I bought the car in August 2016
• Needs restoration. Project car. Not currently road ready, but I did get it to start and to move in the parking lot within the last few months. I don't have the desire to continue restoring, so I'm selling it.
• Here is what I have repaired since August: Replaced all four brake hoses, brake master cylinder, starter, fuel pump, battery, distributor cap, spark plugs, wires
• Has some rust. Appears to be surface rust. Rocker panels look good. Trunk floor pan looks good.
• Has removable hard top. I haven't tried to remove the top to know what condition it is in.
