1983 Mercedes-Benz 300-Series Description:

This low millage 1983 Mercedes-Benz 300D was sold new in Arizona. Acquired by the current owner in 2010 it subsequently received a repaint in the original MB gold metallic finish. Power is from a 3.0 liter turbo diesel inline-5 paired with a four-speed automatic transmission and the car is equipped with a sunroof, cruise control, working air-conditioning, a light brown MB text interior as well as 14" Bunt wheels. A fresh set of Michelin tires and a wheel alignment was recently completed. Oil and filters also serviced recently.

Additionally the owner has completed extensive updates to suspension and air-con system, the car drives extremely well with a strong motor, smooth shifting transmission, and supple ride. Overall condition is very clean with a few of the typical W123 traits - cracks in the dashboard, first aid door is missing, could use a new headliner, and there is a crack in the windshield. This is not a show car but a great daily driver that is mechanically sound and ready to travel across town or across country.
