Original buyer was a Army fighter, came home after both WW II and Korean war retired came home to Roanoke Va. Bought this Lincoln NEW took the family took across country trip. Great. he died 7 months later. No one could drive, so it was packed up triple wrapped put up on blocks. When it was pulled out first light on car in 63 years. There was not any rust, not the first body hammer was put to this vehicle. The dash and seat got no sun burn. Every piece of chrome was hand removed and new chrome plated. The entire brake system replaced. The fuel system replaced. Carberator rebuilt, new fuel pump. A complete upper engine replaced. New valves, valve guides, heads milled. This vehicle could be a daily driver. It runs and drives GREAT. Smooth as glass on the road. New leather interior.
