We are selling our 1979 Long Wheel Base Land Rover that can seat up to 12 people. This was imported from the UK and is Right-Hand-Drive (RHD). The odometer shows a little under 84,000 miles. This is a rare 6-cylinder gasoline model. The vehicle runs and can carry up to 12 people. It will need new tires and there is a small brake system leak. Otherwise, all systems seem to operate well. The vehicle has a clean US registration (Vermont), but any prospective owner should be aware that they may not be able to register this vehicle in California or certain other states or counties. It was imported from the UK and does not have a catalytic converter (not required in the UK at that time). Consequently, please check with your state before bidding.The chassis on the vehicle is sound with no rust. A few T-sills will need to be replaced but beyond that, the vehicle is pretty sturdy.
