1963 Chevrolet Corvair Monza Description:

This is a 1963 Chevrolet Corvair Spyder Convertible. I've had 4 of these cars and through the years I've probably looked at over 100. This is, without a doubt, the nicest one I have ever seen. I don't know if it looked this good when it was brand new. You can't do a body off on one because they are a unibody so this one had a ground up restoration. It is the most correct one I've seen. It has the correct rear grill. They are almost impossible to find and most people use a 64. It has the correct generator. A lot of people replace them with an alternator. It has 5 - correct factory wire wheels with the spinner, not wire wheel hubcaps. The paint is beautiful as is the interior, top, trunk and engine compartment. The chrome, stainless, glass and weatherstripping is all brand new. The engine starts and runs flawlessly, transmission shifts smooth, brakes are excellent as is the steering. The exhaust is new and excellent. All the gauges, tach and speedometer work as they should. The car needs nothing that I am aware of. I have a lot of paperwork including original Bill of Sale, Owner Protection Plan and Owner's manual. I have a clear Texas title in my name. The car is selling at no reserve.. My name is Joe Evans.
