"NO RESERVE" 1983 Monte Carlo convertible with 25K miles. This is a after manufacture conversion typically built by Hess & Eisenhardt, however, I have no documented proof who provided the conversion. New top, seat covers, paint, grille, pwr window and lock motors. Aftermarket IROC 20 inch rims, 245-35-20 front tires okay, 275-30-20 rear tires good tread left. new AM/FM/CD/USB radio and speakers. Not many still around in this shape. Only missing items are fender emblems and bumper cover side moldings. Seat belts in trunk and ready for installation.
