1983 Chevrolet Caprice...Ready to Restore!

1983 Chevrolet Caprice Description:

This old charm has been in my family since the early 90s when my brother bought it from the original owner. When he passed, my Mother drove and loved it for years, but let it sit for the past eight or nine years, due to her inability to drive.
I'd start it up once a month or so, and it always needs a jump start. I know the heater core has been removed, and there appears to be a leak in the valve cover gasket. Admittedly, it smells musty inside, but I don't know if that's due to a leak or not.
Photos show condition, and I make no apologies for it. There's some rust - mostly inside the doors. The worst damage is pictured... interior probably needs work... dent on right side (pictured) by front of door. I WILL guarantee is that it will start up (with a jump), and it has plenty of power. I would take it for a quick spin every so often when it was still registered and insured, usually down to the car wash.
Feel free to email with questions, I'll do my best to answer. The title is here on my desk, signed and ready to be handed over to whomever wants to go to town on this, needs its parts, or wants an inexpensive car that will get you around, assuming you don't need something perfect.
Pick it up five minutes outside of Philadelphia. I don't recommend you drive without insurance and with your own plates on it - but if you were daring enough to take that risk you could drive it home.
