1994 Volvo 940 Description:
I'm in love with this car and unfortunately I need to sell it. With our growing family and my lack of knowledge, time, and resources to put anything into it, it would be better off with someone who knows what they're doing. This car is an extremely fun drive, and she's ready to drive now. Problems that I am aware of: - Hydraulics in trunk isn't great, so the trunk will start to fall down when you open it up. I have a ghetto stick that I prop it open with but that's an easy fix. - Cosmetic issues that I have included pictures of. (Stick has some pieces missing, driver seat has two tears, front bumper not in place on one side, middle console top came off but I have the top and screws, one of the rear speaker covers came off but I also have it.) - Electrical problems. (The speedometer can go in and out, the rear light goes in and out, driver window can slide down, and the buttons to move the driver seat don't work great.) I've been told that's all an electric issue that can be fixed. - Exhaust has had a crack in the past but has been fixed. If you know what you're doing, you could even get a replacement from a pull apart place and have it working even better. - Our toddler somehow moved the rear window wiper down (as seen in pictures) and we are hesitant to try to fix it ourselves. As far as the features: - Heated leather seats - Lots of trunk space and ability to add third row of seats - Just got new tires in May 2018 - Brand new oil change - Unaware if the cassette player or radio works. I just listen to my phone when I drive. - AC works pretty well, but be warned, when you accelerate a lot or go uphill, the air seems to pause so all the power goes into accelerating? Clean title. I have just about every single piece of paper about the car's history and maintenance. It has been very well-taken care of. Has only seemed to be driven in the south. I don't smoke and I didn't smell any smoke when I got it. You can tell it's been loved. I'll include all the tools and things shown in the trunk, and I also have a new set of spark plugs I'll include.
