1967 Volvo 122 Amazon Description:
1967 Volvo 122s coupe. Car is located in Arcata CA. Used as daily driver around town. New tires, electronic ignition, poly bushings front & rear, stainless brake hoses, excellent running B20 engine with dual SU carbs, M40 transmission. Starts easy, stops well, drives straight. Very fun to own. Floor pans could use replacement due to rust. I believe they rusted from the top down due to leaking window seals and carpet that was not kept dry. I have cut out the weak spots and treated with rust ospho. Cut outs are covered with sheet metal. Good temporary fix, but new stamped floor pans would be the way to go. The window seals that allowed the most water infiltration have been replaced. Hope to find a buyer who can take this project to the next level. This car draws attention and thumbs up from people of all ages. Not uncommon to see a young child tugging on their parent to check out this ride. Much fun! I intended to clear coat and keep the paint color as is. Interior is currently striped of carpet, headliner, door panels. Seats are believed to be original and are comfortable. Selling because I have too many projects. Comes with extra parts:rear glass, complete disk brake front end, complete rear end out of 1966 with brake drums, 8 stock wheels with tires, M41 5 speed transmission.
