1957 Volvo 444 Description:

Just completed is a 1957 Volvo with a new, balanced 350 Chevy engine and a new 200R4 Automatic 4 speed transmission.Also included in the restoration are front disk brakes, independent front suspension and rack and pinion steering.There is a new aluminum radiator as well as the usual added engine pieces, such as Intake manifold, carburetor, water pump,fuel pump, distributor, and exhaust manifolds. The rear end is stock (original). Dual exhausts provide a nice sound.All the dash board components are new. The speedometer has not been calibrated yet. The original electric fuel pump is stillthere and working. However, the engine mostly uses its own mechanical pump while running. The brake lines were replaced withstainless steel lines throughout.
