1988 Volvo 240 Description:
Up for sale is a 1988 Volvo 240 wagon (245). This car runs and drives. It is not without its flaws, however. There is little to no rust. We purchased this car as a wholesale vehicle. It was driven over 100 miles on 2/15/2018. We believe that this car has been sitting for a period of time. The tires are shaky, likely from flat spots and should probably be replaced. It runs well despite some issues. It seeps some oil from the front engine seal(s). It has had some previous body repairs in front using matching color parts. There is no radio or speakers in the car at this time. The odometer and blower motor work as they should. The car does not smoke or overheat, it shifts through all gears, including overdrive, as it should. It stops fine. As mentioned, this car is not perfect. It is a 30 year old car. I have tried my best to disclose everything that I know about this Volvo. If you are looking for a perfect car, this is not it. If you are looking for an inexpensive 245 that you can work on, restore, etc. while you drive it, this may work for you.Selling as is. No returns or refunds for any reason. A $250.00 non-refundable deposit is due within 24 hours of the listing ending. Full payment is expected within 3 days. A $186.05 dealer fee will be added to the final price of the vehicle to cover paperwork and fees. We charge what we pay and do not mark this fee up like some folks do. As a wholesale dealer, we pay $135.00 for the title work through the dealership and $51.05 to ebay for this listing. Paypal is accepted, however, buyer will pay all fees. If paying through Paypal, we will send you an invoice via Paypal with an attached contract which prevents us from fraud and other nonsense. Pick up within 10 days please. We are limited on space.
