1990 Volvo 240 DL

1990 Volvo 240 Description:

I have a 1990 Volvo 240 DL for sale. The car has just under 210,000 miles on it. I bought the car as a daily driver/ project car. The car has brand new slotted rotors, from Stoptech, and brakes all around. I have many new parts, including performance springs from IPD, Bilstein shocks, new tie rods (inner and outer) ball joints, everything else you need to rebuild the steering. If you would like to know all the parts I will be happy to give you a list. All of the parts are from IPD. I replaced the clock on the guage cluster with a Volvo tachometer. If you want the original clock I still have it.The Good: runs and drives great.-Lots of new parts.-One of the most rust free 240's you'll find. The car has benefited greatly from living most of it's life in Texas.The Bad:-Definitely needs some work to be restored to it's full glory.-A/C needs converted to R-134. ( This is the main reason I bought another car, too hot in Texas to not have A/C.If you're reading this I'm sure you know how great these cars are and how much potential is in this car. It luckily survived Hurricane Harvey because it was parked in my garage. I would love to see it go to someone who will do it justice. Any questions please feel free to ask.
