1992 Volvo 240 Description:

Classic 240 Volvo wagon in great shape with a BRAND NEW transmission, clutch, timing belt, and trailing arms. Car runs great and starts every time, paint and tires are in good shape and all maintenance is up to date. The only rust is above the drivers side rear tire on the well (pictured). Some small rust exists on the rocker panels but its minimal. I bought the car June of last year with 244k and the odometer stopped working 1000 miles later at 245k, which is what its currently stuck at. A generous estimate is that I put another 10k on it with puts it to 255k. Don't let the numbers scare you these cars run forever and especially with the new transmission and clutch this car is good for another 150k easy. The heat gauge is currently on the fritz and doesn't read correctly, also the radio is not working, but the heat and A/C both work. There were only 16,000 240 wagons made with the manual trans which makes this a rare find. The car is ready to hit the road and people love it, for all the character it possesses.
