I LOVE this Volvo. Some would say in-love, but I love it nonetheless. Every Volvo mechanic I've taken this car to has gushed over it's condition.
It's maintained to go to 250,000 miles, but I'm moving to Scotland in November and the wife won't let me ship it! Also, I can't sell to anyone in my family because they're broke.

Anyone who knows Volvo's knows if maintained properly, they will last a long time. This car is no exception.
- I've had the Volvo for 2 years and put 23,000 miles on it. ALL highway. ZERO City.- I've only used Premium Gasoline and Full Synthetic Motor Oil- I've driven it 3 times across the country with ZERO problems. Has started everytime.
-This car has seen a Summer in Florida, a Winter in Colorado, and various mountain passes. It has ZERO rust. Great Cruiser Car. I get 28 MPG on the highway at 65mph.
- Transmission and Engine are bulletproof, run strong and upshift and downshift very well. Economy, Sport and Winter mode all work well and shift at the specified mph in the owner's manual.
- CONS - As with all 23 year old cars, there are a few things to note on this beautiful car. You are welcome to get the car inspected from afar, or if you're near the area, I will gladly accompany you to a Volvo mechanic so he/she tell you the amazing shape of this car. - CHECK ENGINE LIGHT IS ON. It has been on for 10,000 miles with no troubles. Reason for Check Engine Light is a loose Vacuum Manifold, a very common issue. It requires no labor or parts. My Volvo mechanic tightens it when I take it in and it becomes loose through daily travel. It hasn't changed the way the car drives so I've stopped bothering with it. Gas mileage is still great. Car idles very smooth. - IGNITION IS STICKY. 6 weeks ago, the key started to stick in the "START" Mode of the ignition. Not a real problem at all. Car starts everytime. Sometimes you'll have to manually turn the key from "START" to "RUN". I've been busy getting my UK visa ready and visiting family, that I haven't had to time to get it looked at. Once again, another common issue. - GEAR SHIFT KNOB LOOKS GROSS. Little, purely cosmetic, pieces of the gear shift knob have started to break away from the housing. You can see the gear shift knob in some of the photos. Knobs are $12 at your local auto parts store if this bothers you.
