1995 Volvo 850 GLT FOR PARTS OR FIXING

1995 Volvo 850 Description:

Selling my 1995 Volvo 850 GLT. Whether you want it for parts or to fix and drive - it'll be good for both. There are issues that I have no time to deal with, and so I'm selling it. Clean title, 2 known accidents (airbags did not deploy).
Issues:
Ignition key column is out, car starts with a screwdriver (not stolen, have registration to prove it);Voltage regulator/Alternator issue - overcharges the battery, probably $20 fix;Front passenger door power lock not working, needs replacement;Sun roof won't open all the way, probably something blocking it;Cabin lights button broken, held together with tape;Driver seat incline not working - cable popped out of motor, easy fix;Hatch struts out, needs new onesNo spare
What has been done:Tires changed in October 2016Oil changed at 153k miles, time to change againReplaced parts: front struts, right control arm, left sway bar link, exhaust manifold, right front wheel, radiator. Repairs/maintenance done before I owned the car is written down in the car manual.
Currently there is no battery in the car, so it does not drive (until the overcharging is fixed) - NEEDS TO BE TOWED. The car is located in Athens, GA (70mi from Atlanta GA).
