As pictured, rare, cool Scooby Doo Mystery Machine. 1972 VW Panel Van with custom graphics and interior. This van gets more stops and stares than any vehicle I've ever owned. Seems like everyone want a photo next to the Mystery Machine!
The Scooby Doo van is powered by a VW Bus CB engine (assume stock 1600 but not verified) and a 4 speed manual transmission. The bus starts, idles, runs, drives and stops good.
History: The bus was purchased in 2015 for $24k out of Oregon and moved to Florida. The new owner put over $3k in brake and other work in 2017. It has sat in Florida storage until 2022 when it came to Wisconsin. I got the Mystery machine running and driving after the long storage. The bus is a good strong runner. Shifts fine, idles good and stops like it should. Exhaust is in good shape.

Things of Note The tires have good tread but are old and should be replaced if you plan on driving it regularly. No AC or heat, manual steering, no power brakes, windows or locks. Frame rails are nice and solid, but front outriggers should be replaced (about $50 each on eBay). Some of the electrical works and some doesn't. The wiring is intact but I haven't spent any time troubleshooting. The odometer reads 29k but true mileage is unknown.
