Please value my time and yours by being well prepared, clear, and concise when contacting me. This goes a long way with me. This is a car that was taken out of service for many years and stored in dry California climate. Runs strong, original paint, original blue and yellow California license plates, good seats, has a few dents and rust around the windshield and rust patina on the roof (see photos), headliner shell is there but needs new fabric. A good car for someone who wants to put some work into it, or solid donor car. It is not a good car for someone looking for cheap transportation as it has not been on the road for some time and may require a few things to be ready for daily service. Car has a clean Title, is in "non operational" status with the California DMV, will be sold as is, and needs a complete safety inspection and necessary repairs performed before it is placed into operation. The tires are older and the brake master cylinder will need to be replaced (approx. $35).Battery not included.

Seller also reserves the right to end the auction early. 10% of the winning bid price or $200, whichever is greater, is due within 7 business days of auction end and must be tendered in cash or United States Postal Service Money Order(s). Any balance due must be paid in cash or United States Postal Money Order(s)and car picked up from Seller within 10 business days of Auction End. If the car is not picked up within 10 days of Auction End, in addition to Auction Purchase Price, Buyer will pay Seller via cash or United States Postal Service Money Order(s) $25 for each day car is in Seller’s possession beyond the first 10 days after Auction End. Buyer is responsible for cost and arrangement of shipping. Seller can help load.
If Seller does not end the auction early, and your bid is the winning bid, please remember that your bid constitutes a legally binding contract to purchase the vehicle. If you require an inspection of the vehicle, please have it done prior to bidding. Seller encourages all bidders to inspect vehicle personally or enlist the services of a professional inspector prior to placing a bid. After the auction ends, inspections are not recognized as a contingency to completing your obligation to your winning bid.
