Well I'm selling my 1968 surf style Baja bug.
I am the 3rd owner of this car. It has been take care of and garage kept most of its life. Rust free car daily driver.
It is my daily driver. I use it all the time. The only reason I'm selling is I had a bad motorcycle accident in both my legs. And driving stifk is not as easy as it used to be for me.
As for the car. It drives great.
Transmission shifts smoothly new bushings, couplers.
Everything works on the car. It runs, drives, and stops great.
It has a 1835 cc engine built by dutchers speed shop.
Bosch electronic ignition kit
Empi 32/26 carb.
Scat dragfast shifter.
Empi quiet Baja exhaust
Turn key!
Always maintained and up kept.
Lights work, fuel Guage works, VDO gauges, turn signals, indicators, windshield wipers, new front bucket suspension seats. Really good rear seats, upholstery in great condition. Original headliner, full roll cage.
Turn key. I literally drive this car to work and around town everyday.
No rust California car.
Water tight no leaks. Total head turner everywhere I go people give compliments.
I take it to the beach with my wife to catch the sunset most every evening in the summer time.
Again I'm selling it because I am handicapped now due to my accident and it's just not easy/comfortable for me to drive everyday.
