1973 Volkswagen Thing Description:

Bought this from a friend and never licensed it. Drove around the neighborhood every month or so. Very powerful for a VW. I think jugs were enlarged to bus size when rebuilt. I'm a car guy but don't know a lot about VWs,Seats were done by "thing store" in AZ. I have a pile of receipts that he gave me for what he spent on it,,about $5,000 in repairs and improvements. Has some rust spots but not big and even though floors don't look bad he bought new metal for them, also has an extra hood, white one has some dents, not installed.
