This is a unrestored 1974 Volkswagen super beetle convertible that is in great condition. It has 37,000 original miles . This Volkswagen is a super cool piece of iconic Automotive history. This car stops, steers and runs as it should . The top is in great condition and goes up and down effortlessly.
The engine is the original 1.6 L dual port and is very original and is not plagued with the typical oil leaks . The engine runs great and does not smoke and has plenty of power. A new starter has just been installed as were the ignition points and condenser. The exhaust is solid and the tips are bright chrome . The 4 speed transmission shifts smoothly and the clutch is feels as it should .
The body of the beetle is also in great condition and is free of any rus, the paint shines well and will also polish up even better with a professional detail. The pan and chassis is also free of rust as is the trunk and engine bay. The original spare tire is still in the trunk as seen in the pics. The Top is in excellent shape and goes up and down easily and the original top boot is included .
The interior is in good condition as seen in the pics with typical wear for a car of this age and mileage. The doors panels were cut for speakers and one is missing . The original radio is still intact also . The Tan seats could use a proper detail and will look great when done so. The doors, sills, door jams are all free of rust and paint is in great shape on each . Please look at the pics .
