1987 Volkswagen Bus/Vanagon Description:

1987 Volkswagen Westfalia
The last four have been pretty much in storage, Odometer was replaced before We owned him . Shows 38750 miles.Added 100k total mileage estimate 138,750
All brake, alternato, were replaced a few years ag, new Bosch battery, rings, heads, gaskets, water pum, thermosta, fuel injector hose, some of
the cooling plenum parts and exhaust parts in the last couple years .
Interior is in very good condition, upholstery is nice and very clean . Canvas top in good shape - no tears . Non Smokers.
The bad :
Table behind driver seat missing.
Seam rust around van needs repaire, seam rust on back door, but I have extra rear door to include just needs painted white.
Runs great. Sky light has a crack in plastic . transmission shifts well but needs to warm up a little in really cold weather to get goin, it was rebuilt the first year we had him . Tires have good tread but are cracking with age. Has original spare in carrier .Air conditioning does not work .All the appliances are complete and in good condition and work.Time for a new home to give him a little more attention than we can .
