1971 vw super beetle convertible

1971 Volkswagen Beetle - Classic Convertible Description:

You're looking at a 1971 Super Beetle Convertible!! It runs, stops and drives great! Just had the brakes serviced and had the front brake hoses replaced. Also had the carb cleaned as it had been sitting for a little while without driving. The top does have a small cut near the rear window(see picture), the previous owner backed into her garage door gently. The top still functions as it should and I haven't noticed any leaks. The first picture was after it was cleaned, we've had severe storms in central TX so it sat outside for a little while at the shop. This baby started right up after not having been run for a good 8 months. This Super Beetle doesn't have heat right now, because when I replaced the muffler, I put J tubes on it because the old heater boxes were shot. I do have some included extra parts for it, such as the original steering wheel and horn ring, the PO liked the way the newer horn ring looked(??). I always get asked, "why are ya selling?" It's because I have a dome top 74 Bus that I'm having restored, and I need the funds to pay for that. If you'll be shpping overseas, look at Horizon Auto Shipping, they shipped my VW Bus for $1200 to London.
