1979 VW Transporter - Auto Trans, fuel injectected

1979 Volkswagen Bus/Vanagon Description:

1979 VW Transporter Fuel Injected Automatic Transmission. Last of the air-cooled engines. Engine and transmission original. Heater boxes and propane auxiliary heater have been removed.
Family purchased in 1980 and parked at Catalina Island airport as transportation when visiting the island. We removed it in 2004 and have been using as a family vehicle in Charleston, SC. We are not using it enough and it needs to be driven! Our next adventure is taking us to sea for the next year. She needs a new family.
In 2005, VW restoration shop restored and repainted. In 2016, we converted into a photo booth bus and used for private parties. The bus can be converted back to original. Separately, we have the original middle bench seat, seat belts, floor mat and new roof rack.
This VW sold as is. We are noticing spots of rust that need to be fixed before they get worse (see pics for examples). We are not interested in any trades. Buyer is responsible for all inspection and transportation costs. Additional pics available upon request.
