1973 Autostick volkswagen beetle Doesn't Run

1973 Volkswagen Beetle - Classic Description:

1973 Volkswagen Beetle Autostick. Doesn't run. Body isn't in the best condition but the interior is great. Had it running a year ago but then Hurricane Harvey hit. The car didn't take on much water but did take some. I got the pulley to spin by putting a socket on the bolt so I don't think it's locked up but might be a bad starter or hydrolocked. Needs new tires, brakes, and a battery. Will need a trailer to pick it up. Let me know if you have any questions or need anymore pictures.
