1973 Volkswagen beetle for parts or restore

1973 Volkswagen Beetle - Classic Description:

Up for bid a 1973 VW beetle (05/73 11328107** Engine- AJ0058**) Auto Stick shift. Had it for about a year and haven;t got to it. Time to go. Was told the motor was running and had transmission problems. The motor will turn over by hand, I have not tried to crank it or even put a battery in it. Most wires look intact, the odometer shows 58708 miles. Rear wheel is locked up ( you will need a trailer, it will not roll). Window regulators are stuck. Has aftermarket 14" wheels. Headliner is ragged. Front turn signals have been moved from front fenders to front bumper. Has aftermarket radio. Has good glass all around, the rear may look cracked in picture but it is the old tint bubbling up. Has bad rust on bottom of spare tire holder, rear bumper, and rear floor pans. other rust on right rear quarter panel, bottom right of rear windshield, bottom edge of rear windshield, center of drivers door, lower hood at handle and below lower hinge on drivers door.

Must be picked up in Monroeville Alabama.

Alabama did not issue titles until 1975 I marked clear title on listing because there was no option for No Title.
