1972 Volkswagon Super Beetle

1972 Volkswagen Beetle - Classic Description:

This VW is in excellent condition with only 40,339 miles. The sheet metal including floors are original with no rust. This bug came from the Northeast originally and I think whoever bought it new had it undercoated. It still has its all original interior which is in perfect condition except for one tear in the headliner that has been neatly stitch repaired (visible in the headliner photo, it is about 6 inches long). The original AM radio is there and works. Everything works except for the horn. All glass is original with no cracks or fading.
The engine still has the splash shields in place and the compartment is clean. It had a tune up 200 miles ago. Brakes are new. Trunk area is clean and has a spare tire.
The hubcaps are not the greatest but are easily replaced. Bumpers and bumper guards on a scale of one to ten are only a 5. The exterior has been repainted (original Texas Yellow), the interior yellow is factory.
Pretty hard to find one in this condition that has not received a full restoration. This car does not need it. Call me if you have any other questions 912-667-67 one six.
