1965 convertible volkswagen beetle

1965 Volkswagen Beetle - Classic Description:

Very complete and dry (not rusty) 1965 vw convertible beetle.Good running single port motor with rebuilt carburetor, new fuel line, new fuel filter, converted to 12v.New battery tray installed.New battery (Oct 2017).Gas tank flushed.New inside door handles with buffers.New window cranks with buffers.All glass is present including back window.Original "smoothie" rims including spare.Original jack.Front and back seats.Convertible mechanism is there and working.Original color was prairie beige.The bad: needs brakes bled, tires are dry rotted, needs new convertible top, needs door panels, seats could use new upholstery especially the drivers seat.With two injuries in the last few months (torn rotator cuff and torn LCL) I can't physically work on or drive this car. It wouldn't take much to get it on the road...or lower it and drive as is.I can hold car for a while while transportation is arranged.Clear AZ title in my name.
