MINDDRIVE is a Non-Profit after-school program for high-school students where we restore classic cars and convert them electric. We take great pride in the quality of our restorations and have even had a Ghia listed and displayed at the Mecum Auction.
The restoration on this car is almost complete. All the rust was removed, but the paint was done prior to the bodywork being finished under the passenger door (unfortunately for disappointing reasons). It comes with led front headlamps (regular and brights), rebuilt transmission, and brand new bucket seats.
There is a steering column but we no longer have the key so it will need re-keyed or replaced.
It DOES NOT come with motor, back seat, clutch pedal, clutch assembly, flywheel, bell-housing, or dash cover but it does have a new dash deck pad.
The passenger side door panel is new but it does not have the driver side door panel. Most of the trim pieces are accounted for but there are a few you would still need. Contact me for details (most are pictured).
The rear boot lid is not attached but the hinges are there and in good working order. It's just missing bolts to attach hinges to the boot lid.
It has all new brakes, rotors, drums, bearings, suspension, and steering components. The wheels are after-market 15". Contact me for details on the trim (most of it is there).
It comes with two brand new prototype LED headlamps (with brights) courtesy of Peterson Manufacturing. We were working to convert this car electric so we did not install a clutch cable, clutch pedal, or clutch. It does have a newly rebuilt transmission but does not come with a motor or rear bench seat.
