1978 Volkswagen Westfalia Bus

1978 Volkswagen Bus/Vanagon Westfalia Description:

This bus is in totally usable condition right now. I have gone thru the whole bus and made sure everything is working. Only refrigerator is not running. All original cabinet work and beds are there. Also has main tabl, all curtain, bug screen and original tent in perfect condition!! The roof canvas is in good condition with no rips. All seat and bed upholstery is in very good shape. Carpet is also in very good condition. The body has some very basic damag, sliding door has a small den, ,very small dent in nose behind spare tire. The only real rust damage is at the rear weep holes by battery compartments. All other rust or missing paint has been treate, sanded and clear coated . Rear and front window seals are new and window frames were treated for rust and repainted. Driver rear factory window was replaced with a new single windo, once again treated and painted window frame. I have been over every inch of this bus and feel that it is a very solid bus. The engine has had a recent tune up and oil change. She drives great and feel very strong. This bus can be driven and used as is or taken to the next level with some more restoration work. Undercarriageis also very clean with no signs of rust or damage.
