1956 oval window vw bug

1956 Volkswagen Beetle - Classic Description:

1956 oval window on a 1961 pan. Original black paint. Original 4 tab hood and w decklid. Not sure about fenders but (No) reproduction body parts. Has original non repop fat trim running boards. Glass snowflake tailights. All new brakes, with lines, hoses, shoes and cylinders. 2.5 inch dropped spindles on 4in narrowed/lowered adjustable beam. Aluminum polished 15in empi five spokes. New black vinyl seats with new padding kit. New salt and pepper carpet kit. Body has rust issues in front spare tire well and above gas tank but have replacement metal for above gas tank area. Body has surface rust on outside. Some rust holes here and there on inside of body. Pan only has rust right under battery area about the size of an apple but other than that pan is in great solid condition. Motor is a 1600 cc single port with plenty of power and runs great. All 12v system. Tranny shifts fine with no popping out of any gears and is quiet. Has vintage hurst shifter. Fun daily driver.
