1973 Volkswagen Karmann Ghia Description:

1973 VW Karmann Ghia convertible. Custom Resto mod was done about 8 years ago. Since then it had been garaged. While the body on this has been kept to original design with no real modifications other than Dechroming of exterior (body painted bumpers, side moldings removed).The interior has been redone, seats have been replaced with modern Recoro style seats,the dash has been replaced with a fiberglass redesigned style.The speedometer and clock are still origina, however more VDO gauges have been added hence the new dash. This can easily be removed and back to original style if so desired.The motor runs strong with no issues starts every time no smoke, dual Webers were added with sport exhaust . Although the motor has been rebuilt awhile back unfortunately, I do not have paperwork on this.The work we have done on this is: brakes, master brake cylinder and wheel cylinders, cleaning out the tank,fuel pump and filter and lines, oil and filter and battery were replaced with complete tune up less than 300 miles ago. The body is clean but has a bit of rust starting around passenger side headlight . The soft top is in good shape with no rips or tears rear glass is in good shape. The undercarriage is rust free. Overall everything works on this vehicle running and driving well . WE can assist in arrangement of transportation either nationwide or worldwide.
