1978 Super Beetle Convertible

1978 Volkswagen Beetle - Classic Convertible Description:

Private owner selling my 1978 Super Beetle Convertible. I am NOT a dealer. This bug is in excellent shape. No rust on body and great floor plans. Runs and drives great. This year beetle has rack and pinion steering and this car steers easily. Runs and drives great. Rebuilt 1600cc dual port engine. This year was originally fuel injected but the problematic fuel injection has been replaced with a performance Weber carb and electric fuel pump system. Interior is very good. Top is overall very good but there are 2 patches on it as shown in the pictures. Tires and brakes are excellent.
