1962 Triumph Spitfire Description:

For sale is a fairly uncommon 1962 Triumph Spitfire 4 Mk1. Car is in good running and driving condition but I would consider it to be an ongoing project. Starts up fine. Car runs great. Transmission shifts fine with no noises or grinds. Brakes work as they should. Gauges show good oil pressure and temperature. Very mechanically sound.
Paint is a good 20-footer. Pictures make it look better than it is. Some chipping around the driver door. Interior is pretty good shape. Car has little to no rust and nothing serious. No tears in the seats. New interior door panels are included with the sale. New steel fuel line running from tank to the engine with new fuel filter. Tires have lots of tread left.
Car does need some work...headlights worked until recently. I think it is corrosion on the wires. Fuel gauge only worked when the headlights are on, but appears to not be working now. Brake lights work as they should. Convertible top is missing, however the frame is there and in good condition.
Overall a good example of a rare Spitfire. Clean title.
