DESCRIPTION:
TR3 1958
The car was rebuilt in 2000 by one of our oldest Triumph club members, who attended the first Triumph national concourse in 1978.
The car is very original, (Original Engine) runs very well and comes with a Tonneau cover, soft top and the side screens, and 72 spoke wire wheels
The originality of the car (VIN and Engine nr) confirmed by a document delivered by the registrar of the Triumph Sports Car Club of South Africa.
The registrar of the Triumph club of South Africa, confirmed by letter that the car has been wrongly registered by the traffic department as a Triumph Herald and that it is indeed a TR3 ( We have a letterto confirm on request.)
The registrar then later informed me that based my car with VIN TS27006 and local assembly number TR816 (Motor Assemblies Durban) will make it a TR3A earliest from 1958, the first year they were released in South Africa !
CONDITION:
Overall very good conditions.
