1982 LandCruiser FJ45 TROOPY - RHD
1982 Toyota Land Cruiser FJ45 Troopy Description:
I use this Troopy as a daily driver, maintaining it in perfect condition. KM Speedometer - Vin # fj45308179 Florida Registration Picture included, Clear Florida Title on hand.I have included 2 pictures of and FJ40 sold in Denver at John Elway's Dealer for $127,000; these vehicles maintain their value; plainly put they are built like a tank...Selling it because I'm keeping the smaller version 1992 LandCruiser Prado 2-Door Turbo Diesel (Picture included).
These are the items I was going to do, but leaving it to new owner to do:-Replace roof-liner with insulated one-Media blast the body to remove what it looks like mostly surface rust (might have deep rust in some areas), doors need work to fit properly (very difficult to find replacement doors & these ones are in excellent condition, they need TLC), hood needs TLC as well & paint the Body Beige color with Bed-Liner paint & Roof White also with Bed-Liner paint as well.
I drive this Troopy daily, I cruise at 100KM (if you know these vehicles, then you know they are work horses not race cars) & it drives quiet, smooth & straight, hardly any steering play at all. It recently started smoking, so I have been adding oil Treatment & it decreased by 90%.

AS STATED ABOVE, ALL I LEFT UNDONE FROM MY ORIGINAL PLAN WHEN I BOUGHT THIS TROOPY:REPLACE THE HEAD LINER (INSULATED TYPE)BODY WORK, TO INCLUDE PROPERLY FITTING DOORS, MEDIA BLASTING & NEW PAINT JOB IN BEIGE UTILIZING BED-LINER PAINT & ROOF WHITE WITH BED-LINER PAINT AS WELL.
