Original transmission, as far as I know, slow to shift in cold weather until warms up. Newer 30 x 10.50 .5 tires with 2,000 miles on them. 4 x4 works good. Truck sold as is with no warranty or other. Will work with shipper of your choice. Truck is not able to be driven other than to load or very short distances.
