The vehicle has been imported from Japan under the "25 year rule" meaning that it is exempt from DOT and EPA requirements and can be titled and registered legally in most states. BUYER is responsible to check with their individual state for any local rules. The Sera has never been titled before and will come with all the paper work needed to register.
