1986 Toyota 4Runner Description:

1986 toyota 4runner automatic trans truck has 199k original miles runs and drives good 4x4 engages and works good. Has a couple rust spots as you can see on pictures but they are not bad and are fixable the frame is good and solid no rust holes just surface rust normal for the year. truck is good candidate to restore or even drive as is, interior is decent passenger door inner panel is missing driver window regulator is off track. rear removable top is in good condition has all windows and they open/close like they should. back window goes down with the original switch but only goes up with the window key switch on the hatch. Wheels are from a landcrusier and tires only have about 500 on them so they still have a lot of meat on them. truck runs shifts and drives good but when its time for overdrive to kickin its intermittent overdrive goes in and out as you drive 4runner forums say its an easy fix either temperature sensor or throttle position sensor is faulty truck thinks it hasn't reached its normal temperature for overdrive to kick in. I only drive it locally so it never bother me. Legendary 22re motor still run great i have a video of it running send me a private message with your number if you want me to share the video.
