It is no secret that the Toyota FJ 40 Land Cruiser is a favorite among many people and highly sought after in the classic car world. The ever so sought after Land Cruiser began back in 1951 with just 90 units being produced and as of 2014 with continuous production; the newest Land Cruiser the J200 is available in every market except Canada North Korea and South Korea. The 1977 Toyota FJ 40 offered here was professionally frame off restored by Cruiser Solutions in New Hampshire in 2005. It w...as given an Aluminum half tub in the back. The interior floor was rhino-lined and given carpet. It was given the upgraded Old Man Emu suspension with a 3 inch lift with extended shackles. The factory front fenders were replaced by slightly wider ones to give it a better look with the wider tires that were installed. It rides on like new 33x12.5 Goodyear Wrangler tires mounted on 15 inch white steel wheels. The truck has a full size rear mounted spare as well. This classic SUV also has nitro charger front and rear shocks. The 2F engine was also rebuilt by Cruiser Solutions in 2005. The transmission is a H55 F 5 speed transmission which allows for better cruising speed and better drivability. Cruiser Solutions Saginaw power steering was added on as well. The FJ comes from Nevada where it was well taken care of before the restoration. The FJ comes with power steering and power brakes. It also has a Tuffy center console. The FJ comes with various receipts owner's manual and original tool kit. The cruiser retains its rear heater that is in working condition. The front bucket seats and rear jump seats are in beautiful shape. The truck shows very well both inside and out.
