Oil is not milky, engine is not locked up. It will run. Now what it will take to run we don't know. Just don't have the time to mess with it. Car has been sitting for a long time. Does not have a battery and a couple of the tires are completely flat. As you can see in the pictures it will need some cleaning up and TLC. Selling AS-IS. Clean Georgia Title.
Car will need to be towed.
