Relisting this because the auction winner didn't have the money, don't be bidding on this if you don't have the money for it!!!!!!1953 Studebaker short bed custom hot rod pickup finally on the road after 23 years and 4 owners, I got this on trade and finished up some last few details to get it on the road, It has all Dodge running gear front and rear, 318 (55-60 psi oil pressure) with an automatic, 318 has a 4 barrel manifold and valve covers off a 360, Holley carb,Torsion front suspension (all out of a low mileage 1976 Dodge Aspen), rear end is out of a 70's Charger, Sure grip/Posi, New Torque Thrust wheels and tires, Went thru the brakes since it had been sitting for so long so it has a new; MC, rear wheel cylinders and brake shoes and calipers up front, so Disc up front and drums rear, 7" dual power booster, New weatherstripping and windshield rubber, Side glass is new and front looks to be original, Runs, drives and sounds good, All new interior, New gauges and wiring, New Mustang gas tank, Needs a gas gauge converter to make the gas gauge work ($129 from Speedway or JEGS), Some road rash or more like garage rash on the paint job from being in garages for so long (painted by the 1st owner), Scratches on the front fenders and grill and a door ding, There's a drip of oil a day coming from the engine, has the AC compressor mounted but there's nothing else hooked up, Has frenched headlights with LED turns in them and rear LED stoplights, bumpers have been rechromed, The outside door handles have been shaved and external switches are installed and wired but there's no door solenoids installed, I'm not a fan of door solenoids so I was going to open up the openings and install original door handles but I will leave that up to the new owner, I'm sure I've missed somethings so make sure you ask if you have questions or have someone come look at it, I have the right to end this auction early if it sells locally, $500 Deposit by Paypal within 48 hours and full payment by wire transfer (not PayPal) within 7 days of winningIf the truck goes out of state I will keep the vintage license plates
