You are looking at a beautiful classic 1948 Studebaker 1-ton pickup. This truck model is one of 4,348 made in model year 1948. This truck had a professional paint job roughly 24 years ago and it still shows great. Absolutely no dents, dings or rust. This truck was purchased in North Dakota in 1989 and spent until mid-2018 garage kept and covered by a WI owner with less than 1,000 miles added to the odometer all those years. The truck has been in VA since July of 2018, and now it's time for it to go to someone who can give it the attention it deserves. The interior was redone with beige vinyl seats and door trim, all from Loga. Stainless and chrome was done as well. Truck is a real head turner and is a great vehicle to bring to car shows. This pickup is not a 100 point truck but is in very good condition. Odometer shows 37,100 miles, and as far as is known this is the correct and actual mileage. This truck features: Champion Flathead 6 cylinder motor, 12V electrical system with new battery, 8 Foot bed, 120″ wheelbase, Coker tires, great front/rear turn signals added for safety (no new holes were drilled and these can easily be removed), and 4 speed manual transmission. Truck runs, drives and stops. Motor starts right up and runs smooth at idle but smokes a little and runs rough when driving down the road.
