You are bidding on a 1962 Studebaker Gran Turismo Hawk. This 55 year old beauty, with only 45,000 showing on the odometer, is one of the best I've seen in many years. Its chrome and stainless is a 9.5 out of ten, excellent condition. The paint is thin but original(needs paint). The interior is original but well worn(needs upholstery). There are two typically rusted areas at the rear edges of both front fenders. They are showing rust through and surface blistering. The car is in 100% original condition. It has the 289 cid engine, with 3 speed Overdrive (working fine) transmission, Factory 4 bbl carb (WCFB). It's an early engine so it is equipped with the remote oil filter. New battery and water pump installed in prep for this sale. If you're looking for an easy, quick restoration project THIS IS IT. You'll not find any vehicle in a better restorable condition.
