1965 Shelby Cobra SC427 Description:

This car is a Classic Roadsters replica kit. The build was completed in 1999. It's always been registered in CA, and is NOT registered under SB100. The engine is a 289 full roller motor with Edelbrock Endurashine manifold with a Carter AFB competition series 625 CFM carburetor with electric fuel pump. It has Vintage Air air conditioning and heating!! The transmission is Tremec TKO500 driving a solid axle 8.8 gearing 3.55 ratio positive-track. The wheels are vintage 60 that were polished to a high gloss finish. The front tires are Sumitomo 255/45ZR17 and the rear tires are Sumitomo 275/40ZR18. The body is clean with a few exceptions of the standard rock chips on front end, otherwise no scratches on the body. The windshield was replaced about 2 years ago. In the cockpit are your standard seats with 5 point harness system on both seats. The dash includes your standard instruments made by VDO, with an in-dash Kenwood AM/FM/CD player. I've also got a nice soft-top with plastic windows, the top attaches to the body with press and snap fittings. I've had the car for 7 years now, and it's gotten difficult for me to get in and out of it, it's time to let someone else enjoy this really nice car.
