DEPOSIT:
Deposit of $500.00 must be paid within 48 hours of auction close. The vehicle purchased will not be available for pickup or transport until full payment is received and cleared by our local bank. Buyer has 5 days to pay.

FEE & TAX INFO - READ FULLY CONTAINS IMPORTANT TAX INFORMATION:
Winning bidder must contact us within 24 hours of auction end, and make arrangements for payment at that time. A $500.00 deposit is due within 24 hours of end of auction. The remainder of the balance and any other taxes and fees are due within 5 business days of the close of auction unless other arrangements have been made. All payments must be paid by Certified Bank Check, Cashier check, cash in person or bank/loan draft. If no contact is made within 24 hours we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle, sell it to the next high bidder, or sell it otherwise. PLEASE ARRANGE FINANCING BEFORE CLOSE OF AUCTION. There is a $695 Processing fee with every purchase, this includes overnight fees, title work, and temporary tags if necessary. OUT of STATE buyers: Are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title/registration fees in the state the vehicle is being registered.
