Restored 1968 Shelby GT500KR convertible - 4 speed

1968 Shelby GT500 KR Description:

Newer complete restoration (1000 miles) with completely rebuilt drivetrain. Marti report, build sheet, in Shelby registry. Car in Silicon Valley CA. Too many cars, need to sell one.
Originally built as Acapulco Blue car, both bias ply Goodyears and radials with car. Spare is 10 spoke CS wheel with Goodyear. Everything works great, top in great condition with boot. Repro carb and as new smog system all in place.
CD full of pics on bare metal repaint/restoration process.I have been asked about the drivetrain numbers are not readable as-is as the bead blaster did not preserve them when the parts were sent out, perhaps an expert could raise them and potentially add more value.
At this price this is an excellent time to make a fun, highly prized yet drivable and cheap to service, collector car investment. The prices are historically low on Shelby's making now a great time to buy.
