1968 Shelby GT 500 KR ( King of the road). Don't confuse this GT 500KR with the entry level GT500 that was available in early 1968. Two completely different Shelby's. The KRis the one to have.

In storage for almost 40 years. Light front end accident in 1976 led to this rare gem being parked ever since. All the right ingredients...... Acapulco blue paint, 428 Cobra-Jet KR engine, 4-speed transmission, Air Conditioning, Tilt away steering column.

Original Cobra jet engine with Vin stamping on the block. Matching 4-speed transmission and staggered 4-speed only rear suspension & 9 inch axle. Still has the original muffler hanging from it. Interior seats and carpet can be cleaned. No rips or splits. Original glass. Many NOS parts included.

Original floors, frames & torque box's in restorable condition. These original KRs are rare & sky rocketing in price.To find one that can be brought back to life that still has original paint & parts is just as rare.

The NOS & Genuine Shelby parts included with the car include the complete fiberglass nose & related trim, drivers fender, headlamp bucket & attaching hardware. Even the license plate bracket. All of which is next to impossible to find and has a value of close to $10,000. All one year only stuff..
