The Superformance MKIII is the only Cobra replica built under license from Carroll Shelby Licensing Inc. What makes the MKIII so much better than its competitors? It looks like an exact replica should. It is sure-footed, reliable and is as exciting as the great sport roadsters of the sixties. Although commonly referred to as "kit cars", Superformance Cobra's are not kits you can buy and build at home using parts from BMW's or Mustangs. This body, chassis and suspension setup are all designed and built specifically for this car. To me, this is more of an upgraded replica of the original Shelby Cobra's.

This beautiful, Indigo Blue with Wimbledon White striped Cobra is a very traditional looking Superformance MkIII Cobra. a 331 Stroker small block V8 but not lacking any power. This fully built stroker engine features a more aggressive cam, high performance rods, bearings, forged pistons and crank. Edelbrock aluminum RPM heads with 2" intakes. A Branda Performance intake and an upgraded Holley that was specifically designed for this engine. Estimated at 425+ horsepower and torque. The Tremec TKO600 5 speed, Center Force clutch system and 8.8" Limited Slip rear end can handle the power with ease. The Wilwood disc brakes are tucked behind the 15 inch knock off wheels.
